Paul Falk, Carl Metz and Matt Falk founded Falk Metz LLC after spending a combined 30 years trying major commercial and catastrophic loss cases at a large national firm. They formed Falk Metz to specialize in high-end cases and trial work that could not be done at a high-volume practice. Since then, Falk Metz has grown to a firm of seven skilled attorneys representing a range of clients from international insurance carriers to small business owners across the United States, garnering a verdict of more than $12 million for one client and winning several other multi-million settlements.
