Paul T. Falk is a founding member of Falk Metz LLC. His experience includes all types of trial matters, including subrogation, first and third-party defense matters, commercial litigation, construction and product liability matters.
Mr. Falk graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1982. In 1985, Mr. Falk graduated from the John Marshall Law School with distinction and was a member of The John Marshall Law Review. He has lectured on a wide variety of recovery related issues including first money, spoliation, economic loss, contract bars, cross-examination of expert witnesses and other issues.
Mr. Falk has tried numerous cases to verdict, including large subrogation actions against electric and gas utilities, contractors and manufacturers, real estate and construction disputes, failure to procure cases, design defect cases and casualty matters. Mr. Falk has built Falk Metz into a highly respected boutique trial firm handling complex catastrophic loss cases and commercial matters throughout the country. Mr. Falk's trial successes include an $11 million jury verdict in a case where gross negligence needed to be established for the client. Mr. Falk has also tried cases to verdict involving gas and electric utilities, product manufacturers, contractors, design professionals and building owners.
