Paul T. Falk is a founding member of Falk Metz LLC with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His experience includes all types of civil trial matters, including product liability, professional negligence, real estate litigation, fire and explosion litigation, construction litigation, first and third-party defense matters and commercial litigation. Mr. Falk is also skilled at resolving all types of business disputes including business torts, fraud, breach of fiduciary claims, and contract disputes. Mr. Falk has a reputation as a skilled negotiator who can resolve legal disputes quickly. If cases cannot be resolved quickly because of an unreasonable opponent, Mr. Falk has the trial skills and record to win the case at trial.
Mr. Falk graduated from Marquette University in 1982. In 1985, Mr. Falk graduated from the John Marshall Law School with distinction and was a member of The John Marshall Law Review. He has lectured on a wide variety of trial related issues including negotiation techniques, product liability, economic loss, spoliation, non-compete clauses, business torts, mechanics liens and trial techniques.
Mr. Falk has built Falk Metz into a highly respected boutique trial firm handling complex catastrophic loss cases and commercial matters throughout the country. Mr. Falk's trial successes include an $11 million jury verdict in a case where gross negligence needed to be established for the client. Mr. Falk has also tried cases to verdict involving gas and electric utilities, real estate developers, product manufacturers, contractors, design professionals and building owners.
