Bradley M. Arnold obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in 1995. He then completed his law school training at The John Marshall Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1998. During law school, Mr. Arnold clerked for a prestigious boutique firm specializing in product liability and medical malpractice where he was deeply involved in research and motion practice and discovery.
Upon completion of law school, Mr. Arnold became a trial attorney for one of the top trial law firms in the State of Illinois. During his eight year association with that firm, Mr. Arnold prosecuted numerous catastrophic loss cases stemming from construction accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and transportation negligence. Mr. Arnold has tried numerous cases to verdict throughout the State of Illinois and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He also obtained for his client the highest settlement on record for an individual suffering personal injury arising out of a motor vehicle collision in Kankakee County, Illinois.
Mr. Arnold also has expertise in many areas of business litigation including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and construction litigation. He also has a strong focus in employment law and has litigated cases involving such topics as discrimination, retaliatory discharge, ADEA, covenants not to compete, and other such employment-related disputes.
