Experience
Carl has significant experience in Civil Litigation, appearing not only in Illinois State and Federal Courts, but also practicing pro hac vice before the State Courts of Georgia, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota and Arizona, and before the United States District Courts in Missouri and Ohio. Carl has taken several cases to verdict and negotiated innumerable settlements. Carl's practice areas include Insurance Law, Insurance Defense, Catastrophic Property Loss Litigation including Subrogation, and Commercial Litigation.
When not working, Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
