Carl is a partner with the firm, and the chief financial officer, working in the Chicago office. His practice areas include commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance law, insurance defense, disputes, and catastrophic property loss litigation, including subrogation.
Carl has taken matters to verdict, and negotiated numerous settlements including those in seven figures.
Education:
Carl obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics at the University of Chicago in 1991, before graduating law school in 1994 at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
