- Carl Metz and Matt Falk succeeded in completely defeating a claim against the firm's client in the $1.2 Billion Pepsico case. Matt and Carl obtained summary judgment on behalf of the firm's client. The firm represented a Pepsi distributor accused of various business tort and trade secret claims. Carl and Matt carefully developed facts during discovery that supported key legal defenses and convinced the Court that the firm's client should prevail, saving the client the cost of an expensive trial. - Paul T. Falk recently obtained a substantial jury verdict in Portage County, Ohio. The case involved a water treatment facility. A faulty control system caused an entire community to be without water. Mr. Falk developed a working plexiglass model that demonstrated how water levels rose and how the control system failed to keep the plant from flooding.

Arnold obtained a significant settlement in a business tort case involving a contractor who defrauded a group of clients, moved to Florida, and attempted to run away with the clients' money.
